About PACE

PACE, Inc. is a family owned business that was established in 1982 as a wholesale distributor of premium outdoor power equipment, parts and accessories. Our original ownership team had worked in a retail equipment dealership business that was founded in 1928. The retail dealership experience gave PACE a unique perspective on supporting dealers and customers. PACE has warehousing in Michigan, Wisconsin, Florida and California; over 200,000 square feet dedicated to serving our customers. With 50 internal employees and 28 territory managers covering 23 states, we strive to provide efficient, high value distribution.

Service & Warranty

We provide hands-on training in maintenance and repair, warranty processing and sales. Your territory manager will help you with product training, open house planning and participation, marketing, inventory control, and key end-user account recruitment.

Dealer Support

PACE Territory managers assist New Dealers to get started off on the right foot with extensive field work to define market opportunities and implement strategies for increasing market share. This includes “Road Map 2 Success”, a custom look at your business.

Invoices & Billing

Our Accounts Receivable department is here to assist you. Dealers can also use the Pacelink dealer website to print invoices or view open items on their account. Our ACH payment system allows you to make payments on your account 24 hours a day at your convenience.

Marketing & Co-Op

Marketing training is often overlooked by distributors, but we know it is a mandatory tool to prep you for success. PACE, Inc. runs our own in house marketing agency, True Radius Marketing to support our dealer network. We keep it simple to help you be competitive.

Terry SaxtonChief Financial Officer
Terry worked in a retail lawn & garden dealership at Saxtons Garden Center for 4 years before starting as PACE’s first employee. She has worked on the financial side of Pace for 35 years and now holds the position of CFO and credit manager. She graduated from Madonna University with a Bachelors degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting and also has an associates degree and 4 years experience as a paralegal.
Dave BomersVice President of Sales
Dave brought over 40 years of Outdoor Power Equipment Industry experience with him upon joining PACE, Inc. in 2011. From working in the family dealership to executing his responsibilities as Vice President of PACE he has had the privilege of experiencing most aspects of this industry we love. Working hard to balance the needs of everyone in the chain is what Dave enjoys most about what he does.
Shawn HillVice President of Operations
Shawn started his career at PACE in 1985. Over the last 30 years his position has grown with the company from warehouse manager to Vice President of Operations. Shawn enjoys the relationships he has built with our dealers and vendors and being able to assist them with growing their business. His experience with purchasing has been a valuable asset to PACE over the years.
Ruben DominguezChief Technology Officer
Ruben started working at PACE 6 years ago in the IT Department. Graduating with a BS and MS in Computer Engineering. He took the role as Chief Information Officer to manage the IT systems and functions. He creates and delivers strategies and policies, and places great emphasis on bridging the gap between standardizing technology and business practices.
Lauren NassarHR Manager
Lauren initially began working for PACE over 15 years ago in the Shipping & Receiving department and also assisted the Administrative Department. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and spent the next five years as a Law Enforcement Deputy for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in Florida. Lauren returned to PACE in 2015 to work in the Human Resources Department and to continue the safety management program for the company.
Pam TiganiOffice Manager
Pam started working at PACE 27 years ago in the shipping / receiving department along . After working several years in the shipping department she accepted a position in the administrative office assisting with Accounts Payable. She graduated from Walsh College in 2000 with her Bachelors of Accounting degree with a specialty in Management Accounting. Pam took the role of Office Manager in 2007 . She is involved with various financial and accounting functions of Pace, including Payroll , Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
